AGAIN, your comment suggested certain things about her motive. Except given that she ALSO sent it to an outlet besides the Intercept, then that explanation sort of falls apart (especially given other details).

Why does it fall apart. If she didn’t trust the intercepts narrative, wouldn’t it be smart to send it to more than one outlet.

"especially given other details" The prosecutorial story is problematic. But it SURE feeds into the kneejerk reactions of people who don't like Glenn.

Yeah people don’t like Glenn bc he acts like a sanctimonious ahole while parroting Russian bull crap. Heck I think the intercept handled it poorly on purpose bc the WH needed a leaker target. But I do realize that’s bc I distrust Glenn more than there’s actual evidence for.

Which ... sort of stems from your own sanctimony?

No. It stems from me asking him a q about his reporting on Assange and he told me I was part of a McCarthyist witch hunt (Sounds a bit like Trump) and then Assange came on and said I was a rat that should be poisoned. For a mild question, that was the reaction.

Replying to @SciencePartisan @emptywheel and
He shuts his eyes tight to evidence, the same thing he’s super worried about America doing, he’s fine with Russia doing, and Tucker Carlson is his new bff.

OK. And I'm pointing out that this Podcast ALSO is missing evidence. Lots of it.

There’s no way to check her thoughts but all he said was “I suspect” and sending it to an additional source doesn’t discount her narrative either.

That was a comment about the podcast generally. It includes a significant number of errors. But by all means they should lecture on context.
