It amazes me that w/all the journos chasing Trump's manic mood and all the journos chasing Trump Org's role in Michael Cohen's plea, only @gabrielsherman has mentioned how closely Don Jr is being scrutinized.https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2018/08/donald-trump-don-mcgahn-robert-mueller-twitter-rage …

Yeah, that's my feeling too. But it's hard for me to suss out which of the primary investigations a Junior indictment -- a non-bullshit Junior indictment -- would come from, at least insofar as it seems likely that it's docs not testimony which would form the basis.

I think he, like Roger Stone, will never be asked for an interview. Trump Sr neither, at this point.

That's right. Junior is clearly a target-like subject, but as a prosecutor, concerns I'd be having about indicting Junior are more related to provoking a Friday Night Massacre than anything else. Which would lead me to only one include Junior in an enormous Armageddon indictment.

I think Jr. and the rest are concerned on a new level once the CFO got involved. Ostensibly it isn’t even Mueller on the campaign, obstruction, treason type stuff, but the stuff handed off that might involve State tax fraud that could prove the most devastating.
