You mean those three bullets, which proves my point. You are wrong, and so is Andy, but again, I understand why you badly want not to be wrong.

I don’t understand the argument. It was the Russia investigation, the Trump campaign piece was a part of it, and regs say there’s no right to challenge DOJ on it. To say Rosenstein shouldn’t is not to say he couldn’t. What’s done is done.

Your post ONLY quotes point (b)'s sub points and not (b) itself. It is section (b) which authorized Mueller to investigate Russian election interference. My entire point...

Did you read the four other kinds of evidence I put in my post? Grand Jury activity after Mueller's appointment in another city? My own personal experience? Multiple other reports? You're simply confused by how conjunctions work. I get they're hard for some people.

Your other kinds of evidence moved off the topic of appointment scope and to whether Mueller has a collusion case or not. I am not arguing anything about the latter, simply that Mueller began with scope of Russia interference PLUS Trump campaign collusion.

And I'm telling you based off ACTUAL EVENTS what happened (otherwise known as "reality"). And what happened, which is consistent with those three bullets, is that the things Andy clings to to claim there is no collusion (indictments on cyber) didn't start under Mueller.

At no point did I say / claim there is no collusion. Nor did your original tweet for that matter. Your tweet made the case that Mueller was only appointed to look at collusion and nothing else. That is false as I have said over and over.

Let me dumb this down so you can understand. Andy claimed, FALSELY (based off actual events) that IRA & GRU investigation were ALWAYS part of Mueller scope. They were not. Those parts of RU investigation got moved under Mueller, I suspect when "collusion" was established.

So: In May 2017, GRU investigation was in Pittsburgh, Guccifer 2.0 was in SF, another part in Philly. FBI obtained evidence that required it all get moved under Mueller, which happened in November 2017.

I'll further add, that when I met with FBI, I told them abt a text I thought was BS, describing actions Trump took on 11/9/16. That text was later corroborated by both Kushner and Flynn, & my stuff was later moved under Mueller.
