Weisselberg does not have blanket immunity, much as all those tweets making grave predictions are predicated on it being sohttps://nyti.ms/2MR2Yaz

His limited immunity would still have been enough to implicate Donald Trump in a criminal conspiracy to violate campaign finance laws, and to implicate "Executive-2" in the SDNY charging documents in the same conspiracy and on trust and tax related charges.

SDNY claims multiple Trump Org execs were shown costs of pay-offs by Cohen and directed him to submit sham invoices, then Weisselberg and "Executive-2" directed Trump Revocable Trust to pay Cohen and to improperly expense as legal expenses of the Trust.pic.twitter.com/T4KjPyAssF

According to most recent publicly available Certification of Trustee for the Donald J Trump Revocable Trust, the only two trustees were Weisselberg and Trump Jr, and they have to act unanimously. It does not take much to then deduce that "Executive-2" is likely Trump Jrpic.twitter.com/ahN6KLw0tY

So if Trump Jr was among Trump Org execs who directed Cohen to submit sham invoices, directed the Trust to pay them, and directed the Trust to improperly expense them for tax purposes, he is now likely a target of the SDNY and NY AG investigations into this matter.

Since "Executive-2" would have likely known illicit purpose of the invoices, they would be implicated as a co-conspirator in violating campaign finance laws, for breach of fiduciary duty to the Trust, and for tax fraud if invoices were expensed by the trust.

Also be aware that revocable trust income appears on the personal return of the grantor, so if the Trust deducted Cohen's invoices for tax purposes they may have caused Trump to file a false tax return for 2017.

Thanks! I'm aware of all that. But that is still Don Jr on lesser charges than he faces in the Mueller inquiry and the President with tax fraud. That's not getting you where you want to go.

True, but we still don't know ALL the shoes that are going to drop on these guys' heads.

Agree! We're not there yet though. It's still a chess game on how to get there.
