Sure, but I don't see any reason to let the perfect be the enemy of the good. What's especially nice about these SDNY and NY AG cases is that they are relatively easy for the public to understand and slam dunks to prove.

It’s a felony carrying 5 year maximum sentence, and it is hard to imagine a more egregious violation of a statute whose fundamental purpose is to insure that voters are well informed.
