Jed did you examine statutes of limitations and what state prosecutions would still be available if, say, Manafort received a belated commutation as a 2020 Xmas present?

Virginia has no statute of limitations for the relevant crimes, as far as I've read. New York's SOL is 6 years for fraud, 5 for other felonies. That's enough time to cover the frauds of 2015-16.
