I'm misreading huh. Are you telling me 18 U.S. Code 371 isn't listed in the warrant? I'll wait.

Here’s the warrant. Just search for trump tower if you don’t want to read the whole thin. They had to have evidence to subpoena the Algarolov’s communication under conspiracy. https://www.politico.com/f/?id=00000164-b7fd-d84f-a575-bfff39f30001 …

Thanks for trying to help. Is the is one or the other clearly right? They both seem so certain.

Aaron tried to argue it could be obstruction. But that’s not what’s listed. Conspiracy can often co-occur along with obstruction but obstruction is not listed in the warrant for what they’re looking for. Then he switched to we dont know what evidence the judge saw.

The Trump Tower warrant could very well be about FARA violations (veselnitskaya/Agalarov) rather than conspiracy.

@aaronjmate I can see you liked this tweet. How do you propose this would apply to a Manafort warrant for Fara violations related to Veselnitskaya. Bc that to me doesn’t seem to work or if it could it would still mean Trumps campaign manager was an agent acting to hand out emails -
What's the evidence that the meeting was about emails, let alone Manafort acted as agent in handing emails out? All evidence points to the meeting being about the Magnitsky act/bill browder. If veselnitskaya didn't register, and Manafort advanced her research - FARA violation.

Have to say I'm finding these exchanges totally unenlightening.
