Marcy - insulting someone & insisting they read something they've already read is not an argument, it's a deflection from obvious facts: 1) you don't know what Mueller's aim was, warrant-wise, on Trump Tower 2) you do know that Mueller hasn't alleged a Trump-Russia conspiracy.

and by the way, the warrant cites title 18 U.S. Code 371. Yes, that could mean a Russia conspiracy. But it could also mean obstruction with an investigation into a Russia conspiracy. You've made sweeping assumptions not just about Mueller's intent, but what that means.

No. I haven't. I've read the warrant and also know there's a specific crime called obstruction of justice and it is not cited in that warrant. Anyway, congratulations for finding the conspiracy, Aaron. It only took you 3 hours of claiming it didn't exist.

18 U.S. Code 371 can include obstruction w/ an investigation -- do you disagree?

Alright. If it's OK, I'm going to go with the DOJ over you on this one: https://www.justice.gov/usam/criminal-resource-manual-1739-offenses-related-obstruction-justice-offenses …pic.twitter.com/9jUCgYknwx

LOL. I show the actual statute -- which directly contradicts what you've just said, and mocked me about -- and that's your answer? Are you claiming to be a higher legal authority than DOJ? Silly me for expecting some humility.pic.twitter.com/rRZ6jqDfdC

No. You're misreading what you're looking at. You're misreading the precedence of one over another.

Ah, ok, so now we're shifting goalposts to "precedence." That has nothing to do with your claim, as you know.pic.twitter.com/8N9wcfhIj1

I know this, Aaron. The FBI agent that got that warrant wrote down what he was investigating, for which a judge agreed he had shown probable cause. You INSIST, bc you want to sustain a belief in something that's not true, he wrote something else down.

I understand that you have spent a very long time grasping desperately to anything (and also, to ignoring the public record) such that you don't have to change your belief. But that is all you are doing at this point.

My two cents: there's a limit to how much of your time you should spend debating a dude who lies about math.https://twitter.com/conspirator0/status/1024697647330779136 …

Conspirador Norteño @conspirator0This statement "Most of the tweets are non-English" is false. The graph in@aaronjmate's tweet shows this: 837725 of 2973371 are non-English. That's 28%, which is not "most". Also, only 4% are for commercial purposes. Stop lying to your readers; they deserve better. https://twitter.com/aaronjmate/status/1024298067049283584 …Show this thread0 replies 1 retweet 2 likes
