As w/Page, they often rely on contractors or other informants. There have been real questions in CT cases for years abt the conflicts and competence of those contractors--basically the complaint abt Steele, but w/people w/o his record of credibility.

In addition, there's very good reason to worry about their claims about Chinese-Americans engaged in acceptable academic or business discussions with Chinese citizens.

Finally, there are real concerns about how the government uses 702 to get Title I orders.

It's a great thread, but this is also a country that elected a racist Reddit troll, so to expect them to thoughtfully tackle criminal justice reform is sort of laughable. Basic facts are bastardized everyday by ~35% of the country.
