Aaron: Goldstone only had to get a meeting so no conspiracy!*!*!*!*!*! Me: Goldstone said he had to get a meeting based off "attorney, damaging information, Democrats, Hillary Clinton" [and helpful to Trump] which actually are the elements needed for a conspiracy

you have 2 probs here: 1) you actually don't know Mueller's aim w/ Trump Tower warrant. It could just be obstruction of justice, not conspiracy. 2) have you ever heard of prosecutors obtaining a warrant, but that warrant ultimately not leading to evidence or a charge? i have.

Dude, you're embarrassing yourself. The search warrant specifies Section 30121, foreign national contributions to an election, is what they are looking for. Read the damn documents before getting into Twitter arguments.
-
AND warrants don't just "lead to evidence." Evidence must first be provided to obtain a warrant (AKA show probable cause). The section was redacted, so we haven't seen all of the evidence ourselves. But a judge has. And granted the warrant.
-
ok - so you are confident that Mueller alleged probable cause of a Trump-Russia conspiracy despite you also noting that "the section was redacted, so we haven't seen all of the evidence." Moreover, Mueller indicted Manafort months after. Where's the conspiracy charge at?

-
Did you miss the part about A JUDGE APPROVED THE WARRANT. This means the government showed probable cause. As for the second part, bookmarking this tweet for when the conspiracy indictment against Manafort comes.
-
you not only don't know what probable cause was ruled on, you also started by noting that the "warrant specifies Section 30121, foreign national contributions to an election" - which falls under campaign finance law, not a Russia conspiracy. "You're embarrassing yourself."pic.twitter.com/IGFdsumfji

The warrant literally calls out section 371 -- conspiracy to defraud the United States -- in the *exact same sentence*. I'd give you a link, but I want to see if you're capable of doing the most basic amount of research on something you claim to know a lot about.
-
LOL. This proves my point. Manafort was actually charged under that -- in his *UKRAINE TAX EVASION CASE*. He has been not charged -- *on any count* -- for a conspiracy with the Kremlin. Peace.
