Ok, & so not only not "repeatedly" but you won't find a single instance of me "misstating" that. In any event, if you think that's grounds for a conspiracy charge -- & worth laughing about that someone else doesn't agree -- then also ok. I have a different view.

I'm asking you to engage in the facts. You misstated the Goldstone facts repeatedly, in this instance and the last time we discussed it. So, again, this is not a disagreement. It's you, ignoring facts so as to sustain a belief you want to believe.

Despite now claiming it repeatedly, you haven't pointed to where I "misstated the Goldstone facts repeatedly," let alone once.

Aaron: Goldstone only had to get a meeting so no conspiracy!*!*!*!*!*! Me: Goldstone said he had to get a meeting based off "attorney, damaging information, Democrats, Hillary Clinton" [and helpful to Trump] which actually are the elements needed for a conspiracy

Aaron: for there to be a Trump-Russia conspiracy, a music publicist's email* doesn't suffice to prove it. Marcy: "the elements needed for a conspiracy" in that email suffice to prove a conspiracy, irrespective of whether we can prove the email led to anything beyond a meeting.

*the email, by the way, promised "dirt" about Hillary's "dealings with Russia", not hacked emails, i.e. the dirt at heart of the alleged Trump-Russia conspiracy. This has been very clarifying.

I get that "a music publicist" gets your rocks off Aaron. But that's not evidence about what Don Jr intended. And you always conveniently forget the other evidence--that the campaign had been informed of emails and Don Jr seemed to know what Goldstone was talking about.

1/ no actually, there's no evidence campaign was informed of emails. George P is the one who told FBI about emails/Mifsud (Downer's tip was so vague that it had neither) - as indicated by zero communications from George P to campaign about emails.

2/ the best you can say is that Don Jr was told of dirt being "part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump" and he didn't tell the FBI. Bad judgment? Sure. A "conspiracy" or even an indictable offense? No.

3/ and yes, I will admit that I still very much enjoy pointing out that Goldstone is a music publicist.

Right. Bc you don't give a flying shit about what is evidence. Goldstone is also someone who was the liaison on business deals, including an attempted meeting with Putin, going back 3 years by this point.
