I did 3 posts (!!) yesterday talking about what ISN'T in the BREAKING NYT piece on Don McGahn, but which is far more pertinent to current state of Mueller inquiry: McGahn's role in (& possible testimony on) protecting Roger Stone's legally suspect ratfuckery, going back 7 years.https://twitter.com/emptywheel/status/1031004193019047937 …

Is the post-2011 McGahn/Stone connection that McGahn represented Stone or his PAC in 2016? Is that documented?

He litigated some things for Stone's PAC, including the voter suppression challenge at the end that named Trump and Stone. He would be outside of the laundering back and forth that others did. But what I want to know is whether he kept the PACs separate from Trump.

Here's the first of my series on Stone's PACs. https://www.emptywheel.net/2018/08/11/like-a-rat-fucking-stone/ … What is there is fairly normal, except there's no money in them, certainly not as much money was clearly sloshing through the rat-fucking they funded.
