This piece is (searching for the word) funny. It confuses WHCO with personal lawyer. It doesn't mention that one thing McGahn produced (Flynn report) was badly misleading. It uses the word "cooperate" in a misleading way. It continues to treat obstruction as only investigation.https://twitter.com/JasonLeopold/status/1030879950872576001 …

In not sure where you got lost in my comments. I've been saying this the whole time. Congress will get any and all evidence against Trump as a REPORT from Mueller's team. Not from a news report. That's nonsense. Mueller himself will not press charges against a sitting POTUS.
-
I'm not lost. You are. Congress will get indictments laying out what Male 1 or Unindicted Co-Conspirator 1 did. When people talk about reports, like you insist on, they swallow Rudy's PR that there will be no conspiracy indictment.
-
I don't think you know what an indictment is. Mueller's job is to report his findings to Rosenstien and Rosenstien will submit said report to Congress. Indictments are handed down to the players, not the POTUS. To hell with Giuliani's PR.

Nixon was included as a co-conspirator in an indictment but not himself indicted. Congress then started working toward impeachment.
