He "cooperated" in a proffer. But not after that, and only when confronted with the stuff he had to cooperate with. So a four day proffer, one that wasn't entirely forthcoming, and nothing after that.

I look forward to Papa's spin on this next week. At the very least he would have been asked about the contents of the texts he destroyed by swapping out his phone. But they would have had to have a lot of what he "gave" them to corroborate it.
