Actually not positive that's the case, but judges often don't let jurors take notes bc they want them working from exhibits. I THINK they can get the transcript though, so they should be able to pull Gates' testimony if that's what they're confused about.

They definitely took notes because prosecutors talked in closing about connecting exhibit
