Maybe because he was already confirmed to a lifetime judgeship by the Senate, and every decision he's made is public.

By "every" you mean a teeny fraction. No. You're simply inventing that. Why you would support hiring someone for a lifetime appointment w/o reading his resume I don't know but it's ridiculously irresponsible.
-
How am I inventing that? He is a judge in the DC Court of Appeals (since 2006)-those decisions are available to the public. 12 years! Wow, your ignorance is astounding.
-
"Every decision he's made is public." Perhaps you meant to caveat that by saying only his judicial decisions were? Try rewriting it to incorporate all the illegal things he did under Bush.
-
Now you are inventing. He was vetted in 2003-2006. Get over it and quit trying to make things up.
-
He proved to be a partisan hack when he led the charge to get Clinton workproduct documents, but kept Congress out of the White House private files for Bush. A judge of all people should never be partisan.

Imagine lawyers and doctors being able to obtain their licenses to practice with only 2% of their written exams & tests being handed in for review and grading. The potential malpractice claims and deaths would be staggering.

Is this why Bush Jr. Endoursed him? The 3 years they are trying to hide are from when Kavanaugh was in the Bush administration!

-
I agree, it’s very damn fishy the part they want to hide! The Bush’s can make anything go away! Sad!

So does
@SenatorCollins after telling me over and over how serious she is about her role. 2% is nothing but farcical, no where near serious.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

What a blessing not to be burdened by integrity. Good on you

Because
@ChuckGrassley already knows what is in the rest of Kavaugh's records. Lying to congress is a felony and if it is shown that Kavanaugh knowingly engaged in felonious conduct, he should not be confirmed to SC & should never have been confirmed to the federal appeals courtThanks. Things like this should be a friendly reminder that there is zero distance between Trump and the GOP. They are one is the same and this didn't start in Nov. 2016

A judge who may have perjured himself. We have to know. Do we want one of Trump’s corrupt flunkies getting a lifetime appointment to interpret the law he didn’t respect enough to obey?
