"Don Jr is going to be indicted bc he lied to the Senate" is the new "Donald Trump is only at risk for obstruction." No, you clowns. Don Jr conspired with Russians to help his Pop get elected.

The conspiracy relates to the crime being committed, namely the receipt or attempted receipt of an item of value from a foreign national - there doesn’t have to be a quid pro quo
-
Item of value, really? That would implicate 3/4 of Washington DC. We need to stop making legal claims of first impression or long ago not prosecuted claims like the Logan's Act to have any hope of being fair to each other. Got another example? P.S. love you in advance for USA.
-
When the item of value is illegaly obtained, you're now a co-conspirator in that as well. Jr. Was coordinating the release of hacked emails ("especially later in the summer"). Throw a dart at the GRU indictment and you will probably hit a charge that Jr. is at risk for.
-
Won't even try to response to your first sentence, as I don't have the space. But, what is your evidence, even a smidgen, that Trump Jr. "was coordinating the release of the hacked emails"? All public theories to date have not panned out to be true.
-
Currently we've got a vast amount of circumstantial evidence and many damning facts surrounding the meeting (could definitely put Jr in prison), but don't yet have solid evidence showing Trump engaged in the conspiracy. There's proof he obstructed & broke other laws, though.
-
Everything Mueller's released in indictments paints a clearer & clearer picture of RU's involvement & the Trump campaign communicating w/ Russia. Past theories are now facts. Thing have changed & will again. The more we know, the stronger the case for criminal conspiracy.

First, thanks for answering! That is a class act, but (and not a personal swipe) that was not my question. I know it would take conspiracy for a lawsuit or quid pro quo, but what is your proposed evidence of "conspiracy" or quid even that we have not already heard?

Read her posts. Drop the meds.

I have never used drugs (prescriptive or otherwise) in my lifetime. Such accusations are not only direct and untrue, they are not productive. All I asked for was meaningful, intellectual dialog. I already stated I read all her posts. Still waiting for real answers.
