        Ironically that thought process is a big thing helping Trump. People would treat his admissions as being more serious if they were on a secret tape instead of said on live TV or posted on Twitter.

        Not being a lawyer myself, I am curious: is it often that criminals leave behind evidence of the crimes they're prosecuted for? Or is it normal to prosecute criminals without evidence?
