Though that would have to be included in each renewal (correct)?

Not sure what you mean. An app will include all known facilities, and I assume they'd discover new ones over time.
-
I mean: renewals for further observation (in case Page after the initial one) would have to include what they found following the original approval. Otherwise, I assume it wouldn't get renewed?
-
Yeah, 3 things: Apparently they need to include the original app (even referring to Trump as Candidate 1) What intelligence they've obtained fr tap Justification for each facility (and this, like intel they've obtained, would expand)

I am not familiar with FISA warrants But my understanding of a title 3 warrant is that you have to show it is producing to be able to re up the warrant. On the subsequent FIS renewals would evidence gather on the previous warrant be included to get it renewed?
-
I don't know how specifically they refer to the actual collected intelligence. I suspect they instead talk about it -- such as "discussions of financial support for Trump people" rather than "SVB paid Jared Kushner $50K"
-
That's similar to a title 3 To it to be re up it has to be producing information. Thank you

Isn’t it the procedure that if court doesn’t like application, it returns it with questions; then gov’t either supplies more evidence or pulls the app?
