I think, but have no proof, that Trump wants violence in the streets to call martial law and suspend normal elections. He takes a small step, watches for reaction and then pushes it further. I hope I'm wrong,

I’ll take the under. The time spent in prison prior to a pardon will have a strong influence on future behavior.

Trump's pardons aim to undermine the rule of law, this one...is a kaos roll of the die It is in the Waco, Ruby Ridge zone ...but... getting a McVeigh to get the heart of the Deep State, would be a bonuspic.twitter.com/x3MADEKhbr
-
Ruby Ridge is in my backyard, it was a big deal in the community n a heartbreak how it ended. Waco was so bad I cried for days. It was 1st time my dad agreed w/me that our gov't straight up murdered the Davidians in Waco. Clinton lost me that day, our gov't lost me that day

-
I have read, re read and cross read on both Law enforcement....and counter-revolutionary-warfare ...are two wholly different disciplines Neither the FBI nor ATF were then mandated for the work needed
-
Both were attacks on American's citizens & both could've been dealt w/peaceably. It was well-known Weaver came to town regularly, could be arrested then. Same w/Korash, he came to town often too, for supplies. Both are examples of unbridled power & power w/military grade weapons.
-
Indeed -- but knowing that such subtle/covert methods were needed -- would have required proper intel & reconnaissance
-
It needn't be covert, they made it covert. We're in the country up where Weaver lived, he was set up n for nothing. Koracsh was a religious nut n they knew too. If worried abt children, arrest him away from compound. They botched both "covert" actions. Gov't should've be tried.
