It's a routine court thing that people who don't understand court things will believe isn't a routine thing which totally proves the Judge agrees with them that Flynn is like totally innocent, man, and is totally about to blow the whole case against Turmp away because reasons.
-
Not exactly. The PSR request w/o a sentencing date is NOT routine. So Sullivan, as is his wont, wants to sniff out why things aren't being done routinely.

Sullivan is a troublemaker. Given his rant in his last opinion, I wouldn't be surprised if he ranted and suggested that Flynn back out of his deal.
-
1) Sullivan is not a trouble maker. He's a judge in whose courts DOJ have abused their authority and he works hard to not let it happen again. 2) You want him to have Flynn say he lied when he swore he lied in his court?
-
Ok, ok.... That last opinion rubbed me the wrong way because it fed into the conspiracy theories and he opined on a bunch of things way outside the issues at hand.
-
You sure you're not confusing him with Ellis?
-
Ah, yes, of course, I am.

I don't follow what's wrong. IS it the idea that somebody is plotting against the guy that told Russia in dec 2017 , Don't worry, the sanctions would not be enforced-?
