Just think: they almost bought Time Warner. And yes, they need to “make it right” (their slogan). They need to credit your bill- something. Eventually they’ll label you as an “escalation,” that’s when you get the good employees out to fix.
Oh no. I've been going back and forth with the escalation for a week or so.
Holy wow. This is terrible. Sounds like your area may be rural or a recent expansion?
Nope. Neither.
Geez. I’m at a loss. Ask for the local supervisor’s contact number, or tell them you’re canceling service. This is bullshit.
Because you don’t like them
I moved to Southern CA. Got Spectrum, became Spectrum Time Warner , now Comcast is now in the trick bag. Call original customer support #, but to make any change? Call a new different number & wait on hold.
Cuz they make their (prefered) shareholders and senior executives more money, while charging u more ever year, (with the PUC blessing ) while providing no new services and not caring about you or their employees. #comcastsucks #centurylinksucks #verizonsucks
I heard it was something like centralization increases standardization, which minimizes the confusion of multiple protocols. Unfortunately, the down side sucks ito security, innovation, CUSTOMER SERVICE #comcast

Why '*quasi* capitalist'?
All of the economic theories behind capitalism are meaningless where there are monopolies.
Then why do the more purist, i.e. unfettered, capitalist economies tend toward monopoly and monopsony? What matters in the end is what capitalism *is* and *does*, not what theories say it should do.
As nature abhors a vacuum, so nature's economic system abhors a monopoly.
Please: Physics and vacuum came with the planet. Capitalism and monopoly come only by force.
