Gorsuch supports the death penalty but opposes euthanasia on the grounds of the "intrinsic value" of human life. He's not terribly consistent.

That's by definition a GOP hypocrite. What he really means is he doesn't want people to make their own personal end-stage of life HC decisions because there's a lot of money to be made from very sick patients, but he's fine with the State killing people because they "deserve it."
-
Exactly. I want to make those decisions, not some dipshit like Gorsuch. Death penalty? Let's get the percentages of incarcerated close to ratio of actual population breakdown, then we'll ask him. He's probably happy for not-white people in prison to receive death penalty.

This Supreme Court justice would stick his nose in your crotch like a rambunctious dog after he listening in on your Echo and lock picking your door. Because Justice* Gorsuch has no idea what reasonable privacy is.

I just can't wait to read Gorsuch's first high-profile dissent in a privacy case.

I like how Gorsuch complained that none of the petitions, merits briefs, etc. argued there's a common-law property right involved. "Pretty inconsiderate of the parties to ignore my dumb ideas."

Gorsuch does have a point that "reasonable expectation of privacy" is at best a marginally useful criterium. He's still Gorsuch, of course.
