Palmer now wondering why Strzok went to London. @USGaryPalmer is now formally saying FBI should not chase down evidence that Russia is tampering in American political elections.
The same way that evidence being turned into Mueller doesn't get turned in in complete fashion the first time.

CoC seems so fundamental to a crim. investigation & particularly a digital forensics investigation. The server was a key piece of evidence; seems quite unusual to happen en route to FBI OTD. Questions: Wouldn’t there be some discipline? Wouldn’t this fall w/in IG report scope?

I'm virtually certain you're misunderstanding what you're talking about but if you have a link I'm happy to look.

Thank you. FBI Vault 21, pages 8-9.https://vault.fbi.gov/hillary-r.-clinton/Hillary%20R.%20Clinton%20Part%2021%20of%2022/view …

And what, pray tell, are you taking from this?
-
I don’t understand what you’re asking.
-
Apparently not. Why is it that you think this should be in the report?
-
I’d like to know how that happened, who was responsible & what actions are normal procedure for a mistake of that impact to an investigation. I know the two month loss of CoC would damage its weight in court. Seems odd it hasn’t been addressed & you seem like a good mind to ask.

When the FBI has a breakdown in paperwork, they fix it and write a 302 to record that. That is, precisely what you're pointing to as a concern is proof that they followed protocol.
