5 days after the release of the HPSCI Russia report, Michael Caputo realized he and Roger Stone had perjured themselves, and HPSCI drew conclusions about "collusion" based on that perjury. And he said nothing for 2 months.

Also, do you have any evidence at all that oconus lures refers to the Trump investigation, which didn't start until 8 months later?
-
I don't at all. I think we deserve to know if it was or not. I just find it interesting, given what we know now about Mifsud, Halper, and now Greenberg.
-
And ZERO of them involved oconus lures. And all of them happened at least 4 months after the oconus lure text.

What "real leads" of Russians trying to infiltrate a campaign did Halper have re Page in July 2016? I'm not really interested in the semantics. I'm fine calling him an informant.
-
Remember, the FBI interviewed Page in March 2016. He then continued to contact Russians of interest, and gave a curious speech in Russia. We don't know all the details of what caused them to interview him in March, but that's a high degree of predication.
-
Fair enough. Maybe that's case. (Again we deserve to know, irrespective of Mueller investigation) ... But this would mean that the investigation didn't start with Downer's meeting with Papadopoulos in late July.
-
"The investigation"? You seem to have fallen for Trump propaganda. There was predicate to investigate Page and Manafort before they joined the campaign. So FBI investigating Page before and during is not "the investigation."
