for me the biggest thing atm is for reporters to remember that the vast majority of people do not read the underlying articles behind their tweets, so cannot assume that any context they give in the article about what is said in the tweet will be seen

There is no authority that definitely says Trump can’t be indicted. The DOJ memo from Clinton suggests that’s the case, but it contradicts a memo from an earlier administration that was drafted during Nixon aftermath
