What are the chances that Felix Sater is still playing both sides (US & RU)?

-
High, IMO.
-
I remember a Felix Sater profile that quotes a lot of US intel people crediting him with turning all sorts of valuable info to US intel, but painting him foremost as a Trump/Cohen type hustler, so yeah. Hope feds are in on it if Sater is getting paid to derail Mueller.

Seriously, the linked article says Sater would not even confirm to journalists if he has spoken to the Mueller team at all! The direct quotes about Mueller in there are from somebody else.
-
The direct quotes are Artemenko. But journalists have relied on Sater for a ton of stories (and may be here, too, OTR).

CIA asset or criminal liason between RU gov't and the Trump org? Dude is complicated.
-
One gets the sense that he has a 'get out of jail free' card. He has dirt on everyone.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this article about Andrii V. Artemenko spilling the beans?
-
Read the last two paragraphs of the article.
-
Yes, but that is not Sater talking about what Mueller asked him. "Felix Sater sure tells a lot of journalists abt what he has been asked by the Mueller team"
-
"Sater, who tried to arrange financing for the project, said he was not involved in the lobbying. He said he shared all he knew about the plan with government investigators months ago". You think Sater was volunteering this info vs. asked about it?
-
You are misunderstanding. There's nothing indicating Sater was saying "Mueller asked me about ____ ____ ____." He has in the past, but my point is this article is about Artemenko saying "Mueller asked me about ____ ___ ____." If that's not clear enough, I'm done.pic.twitter.com/b1c82u1LJA

@ImagineWorldas1 You appear to be correct. This is the only thing Re:Mueller attributed to Sater in the article: “He said he shared all he knew about the plan with government investigators months ago but declined to say whether he spoke to Mueller’s office.” 1/2 -
So you are right, there’s no reason to think he “sure talks a lot” Re: what the Mueller’s team is asking him about. 2/2

I've wondered about that too... I have assumed the Special Counsel coordinates his efforts to rattle cages.
