Because Friday's deadline — if that's when they're done, as multiple reports say — doesn't finish that matter. The next phase is whether Cohen objects to any of Jones's privilege recommendations, right?

Ah, I wasn't clear that meant they were leaving after Friday. Given that it's Trump's privilege, what would happen if Cohen just let him argue it?

Haha. Then who is going to argue for Broidy?

Thus far there are just 3 hard copy documents in question.

I think she said there are three sets of privilege docs which presumably relate to Trump, Broidy and Hannity. If there is something bad about Trump hiding in the Broidy materials, well...

Cohen has said he had 3 clients; not clear Hannity would be recognized as one by the court (and assuming Broidy was repping his own abortion and not fronting for Trump's). But an initial report suggested there are only 3 documents in question.

Of those, the special master found 162 are considered privileged or partially privileged. Another seven items were deemed “highly personal.”http://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/390662-review-of-cohen-documents-finds-small-number-of-privileged-items …

also: President Donald Trump, his longtime lawyer Michael Cohen, and the Trump Organization have so far claimed as privileged just 252 documents seized last monthhttp://www.businessinsider.com/michael-cohen-trump-claim-minuscule-amount-of-documents-privileged-2018-5 …

Here's the report that the shitty reporting you're linking is based off of. https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.491943/gov.uscourts.nysd.491943.72.0.pdf … Jones only describes 3 things (hard copy items) to be "not privileged," which seems to suggest there's a dispute.
