Last I checked Kilimnik was in Russia. Even if RU had an extradition treaty with us, my guess is Vladimir Putin is not going to extradite Kilimnik so long as Trump keeps trying to get RU back in the G-8.

Don't think mdcpost meant it that way. From his prior tweet. "To all those claiming the Mueller Probe is a "witch hunt" and a "hoax" or that the Probe should be "shut down," Konstantin Kilimnik is the 20th person to be indicted on alleged crimes."

Making a superseding indictment allows the evidence of his conspiracy to obstruct come into his trial, whereas it wouldn't otherwise, so that is significant. Evidence to witness tamper almost certainly means a jury convicts him of the previous charges.
