We also discussed the argument that 2018 is the cyber equivalent of the late 1990s, when the USS Cole and embassy bombings presaged the devastating attack to come. Smith: "The severity and frequency of cyberattacks has increased. And there’s a parity between that and the ’90s."

NAL. But there are a bunch of legal problems with the charges as charged and the agents discredited themselves on the stand at a hearing last month.
