The guy should have refused to settle and the jury would have probably handed down a settlement that forced him to sell everything he owns and wage garnishment! No mercy. Tired of watching these people get away with a slap on the wrist.

He probably is. I wish when people did stuffike this their entire financial transaction history was looked at, because theyr are always transfering and hiding what they have to pay as little as possible.
