Youngest son's first day on the job working in IT. As he left the house a moment ago, I felt like I did the day I first took him to kindergarten.
Is it worth going (it's a relatively short drive, so...)? Do you really need someone who doesn't code?

It is absolutely worth going, lots of stuff going on. I can't code to save my life, and I've been helping out at the con since year one. You'll be more than welcome! Fantastic little gathering of hackers in the circle city.

Our community is not one of code. Only a tiny minority can code well, most don't code at all. Also, even if you can code well, it doesn't mean you actually understand the technical bits of how things work.
