I've written a shit-ton about this. Refer to my posts, which numerous American lawyers have not only agreed with in principle but borrowed from.

Do you need links to the numerous posts I've written about ConFraudUs? Hell, given that Trump gave more than bribery, he'd even reverse the trend there.

No. I was just surprised that you think there aren't abundant crimes available. As I and other people with actual JDs have pointed out, Mueller has already laid out a structure under which he can go after Trump & the larger conspiracy.

i am familiar with your theory of the case, or what you think mueller's theory of the case is. it's one possible theory of the case. it's not the only one, nor is it necessarily the "right" one, as in: the one mueller's pursuing.

ConFraudUs is a crime, not a theory of the case. It is a crime that, bc it involves conspiracy, is tremendously useful in charging activities like the one before us (and has been used repeatedly as such).

the crimes alleged and the activities one believes to constitute said crimes are of course part of the theory of a case.

Oh. Except ConFraudUs has already been charged in 2 totally different contexts, and speak more to a structure and an associative legal liability.

but see, "speak more to a structure" is *your* theory. despite these having occurred in "2 totally different contexts" - as you admit - , you divine an overall structure, aka theory of the case, purposely designed to ultimately go after trump. i'm saying that's a logical leap.

Is it true that ConFraudUs got charged (and pled) in Gates/Manafort? Is it true that ConFraudUs got charged in IRA? Is it true it has been used in past POTUS cases?

so you admit that it's just your theory. okay, thanks for clearing that up.

How about this. Is it true someone who DOES know Mueller's theory of the case has said "Many aspects of investigation are factually & legally interconnected: they involve overlapping courses of conduct, relationships, & events, & rely on similar sources, methods, & techniques."?

How about this: if someone made an agreement to participate in a conspiracy in June and again later in the summer, that person can be charged in the conspiracy?

oh, we're back to the secret evidence which may or may not exist and if it exists may or may not be convincing. i think we've had that discussion before.
