okay, lol
Oh. Except ConFraudUs has already been charged in 2 totally different contexts, and speak more to a structure and an associative legal liability.

but see, "speak more to a structure" is *your* theory. despite these having occurred in "2 totally different contexts" - as you admit - , you divine an overall structure, aka theory of the case, purposely designed to ultimately go after trump. i'm saying that's a logical leap.
-
Is it true that ConFraudUs got charged (and pled) in Gates/Manafort? Is it true that ConFraudUs got charged in IRA? Is it true it has been used in past POTUS cases?
-
so you admit that it's just your theory. okay, thanks for clearing that up.
-
It's my theory that ConFraudUs has already been charged twice here?
-
How about this. Is it true someone who DOES know Mueller's theory of the case has said "Many aspects of investigation are factually & legally interconnected: they involve overlapping courses of conduct, relationships, & events, & rely on similar sources, methods, & techniques."?
-
How about this: if someone made an agreement to participate in a conspiracy in June and again later in the summer, that person can be charged in the conspiracy?
-
oh, we're back to the secret evidence which may or may not exist and if it exists may or may not be convincing. i think we've had that discussion before.
