    In this MSNBC appearance, Michael Gordon claims proving that Michael Cohen was in Prague--without proving a damn thing abt what he was doing there!!!--would be first proof of "collusion." Except dates in Cohen's allocution are already far more damning.

    In 04-05 I was tasked multiply times with guarding Air Force in Waco when Bush visited Crawford. I hated Bush and do to this day, but when he left one day he took the time to visit the few of us that where there and spoke to us one on one and no matter how I felt about him

    Mueller has had Cohen's phones since April 9 (and probably got the metadata and location before that). If Cohen was in Prague, Mueller knew that when he said Cohen was very cooperative with the investigation.

    So I don’t think the absence of these matters from the SCO proceedings is dispositive, but it’d still be so strange to have Cohen go to sentencing keeping this secret and allowing a big lie before congress to stand. imho we should still treat this story with heavy skepticism.

    This is a pretty devastating attack on nominee Barr's memo, a memo which effectively puts the President above the law. The Senate should really scrutinize this memo and ask if our Founders really fought King George III to establish such a regime.

    Another Big News piece arguing what I have been all month: Trump Org is going to be charged. Wish more people were contemplating what that means for resignation scenario.

    The Trump Foundation and Trump Organization share much more than the president's last name, and that's why experts say probes into the former could soon involve the latter

    It's fairly predictable that Trump doesn't understand (or pretends not to, at least) that if you employ a Boeing employee as SecDef it's actually more likely he *won't* buy well.

    Trump praises soon to be Acting Sec Def Shanahan, per pooler : “He’s a good buyer. I wanted somebody that could buy. Because I’m giving them a lot of money and I don’t want it to be wasted.”
