    Amen sister. Mental health is just as important as physical health and emotional health.

    Putting your mental and emotional health ahead of what's immediate in your career is so hard in our society. Especially when your career is your life. We should all be inspired by Naomi Osaka and Simone Biles for so many reasons beyond their talent.
