We need to think of comms message like a relay baton being passed from person to person. If it gets dropped anywhere along the way, it fails to be persuasive.
Anat reminds us that people in the ‘persuadable middle ground’ hear from our opponents ALL the time. We can’t afford to be silent on difficult issues. We need to give our advocates messages they believe in, and that work when they’re passed to the people we need to bring on board
