The city is doing good things. Opening up the 1b sites on Monday is the right escalation. Show those empty sites on the news 24/7. Give a big push this weekend and give the state an excuse to say that the facts on the ground have changed.

I think the problem is a lot of the hospitals won't do it if they think they're facing a 7 figure fine regardless of what the mayor says

I agree w/the mayor. Those very vulnerable seniors don't stand a chance without the vaccination. We as a country should value our seniors, the generation that has endured the greatest struggles in our nation & also have the greatest stories to tell.

We have to make sure our first-responders (doctors, nurses, care aids, firefighters, police, EMTs, etc) are vaccinated first though because they are on the front lines. My son has treated tons of sick Covid patients too & often times can't go home in fear of spreading to family.
