    Once, while 9 months pregnant on the A train, I stood without any offers until another woman loudly scolded the men sitting near us: "None of you going to offer this lady a seat? Seriously?" It was an I ❤️ NY moment for sure.

  9. I often have to ask for a seat on the subway even though I’m very clearly pregnant. People look at their phones or pretend not to see me. Not sure who needs to hear this, but growing a small human can be really physically challenging and your small act of kindness means a lot.
