I agree, I was an independent contractor for many years and parts of it sucked. If this election (win or lose) has taught me is that the majority of people are easily manipulated sheep and this issue was complex enough that most people didn’t understand it.

Straight up shameful. And if there isn’t a court fight over the 7/8 super majority legislative vote requirement to change it, then I’ll be flabbergasted. There’s *no* way that installing a super-protection clause in a ballot initiative should be legal.
