my dude needs to read up on "assault." it traditionally only meant the credible threat to harm, and when it doesn't, it often includes *any* harmful contact.

"Sexual assault" is defined as any sexual contact in the absence of consent. Threats or violence are functionally irrelevant. Someone under the age of consent, oddly enough, *cannot consent.* Willingness is functionally irrelevant.
