“Some of the plane nerds are saying 3 C-17s are inbound. Appears to be the case on flight radar, but they look to be maybe 30 away. No one knows how long they will be on the ground.
My advice remains go nowhere near the airport now. It will be festooned with TB once US leaves”

"...and a NOTAM for HKIA went out 6 hours ago saying the airport is now uncontrolled and there is no ATC service (NOTAMs are publicly available). If they prefer to trust an app over official notifications and eyewitnesses then that's on them."
