locating one in the hills makes sense, but they should have opened a second one elsewhere.

Its not even easy for folks in the hills to access tho. Its very remote

yeah. they have cars though. money. So the oldsters living in the hills can get there. The problems I see is that it is the only one. And if they were only going to have one, then it should be in the flats.

Actually when i briefly worked for bacs a couple of decades ago, many meal clients were in the hills. Alone and too old to drive or move freely

Shoukd be noted its even hard for hills dwellers to access. Literally only Loren and his neighbors would have an easy time accessing it
