A policy preventing Copyright owners from making $ on manual claims for:
Short song clips (ex: 5 sec of a song)
Unintentional audio (ex:
from passing cars)
Claimants can still block monetization or the video itself, but timestamps help you edit out the claim.
Is there a policy on music or content in general that is uploaded as “No copyright” or “copyright free” than later on you get a copyright claim? I’m asking in reference to time frames if that’s allowed and if so how long does an owner have to make a claim.
