CO2e (carbon dioxide equivalent) numbers include methane emissions with a factor of 34x, given its 100-year global warming potential (the 20-year global warming potential of methane is 86x, so it's still an underrepresentation of short-term climate effects)
The numbers in that graph are from https://coolclimate.berkeley.edu/calculator , which unfortunately doesn't show an exact source for how they're estimating the emissions of each category. The enteric fermentation (methane) emissions should be included in the "production and manufacturing" category, though it's not defined well. Anyway, it’s definitely awkward and imperfect to lump CO2, CH4 and every other GHG together given their different effects over time, but the graphs are intended to capture both using the standard CO2e definition. If you find better data somewhere, I’d love to see and include it!
