It's been amazing, I was expecting to notice a big difference in my personal life but I'm actually surprised with how much more I'm able to focus at work! I'm almost noticing more of a difference there. My motivation is feeling much stronger and like it's growing again 🤓

Today marks ASITP's first day of our experiment with the 4 Day Work Week. We will be tracking our findings & sharing them with our clients and community. Other studies have shown improved productivity & quality of life, so we're trusting the data! But it's still a bit scary!
