  3. The point of all arguments is to either to win or to be right. With the likelihood of the first option dimming with ongoing state certification and the declaration of ascertainment, victory may be more about proving what he has long asserted with regards to voting and democracy.

  4. If he cannot win the election, what could he win? The argument he’s been making for months, if not years: That voting in cities (with large minority and Democratic populations) is corrupt and that mail-in voting during the pandemic would result in a rigged outcome.

  5. The president has just tweeted that, “This Election was RIGGED, but we will WIN!” This brings up something I hadn’t previously considered: By not conceding, If the president can’t declare actual victory based on the election results, the focus shifts to redefining “winning.”

    Janet Yellen would be the 1st to have held the nation's 3 most critical economic policymaking roles: Fed chair, CEA and, now, possibly Treasury secretary. “It would be impossible to match her resume for experience in top positions of economic policy."
