Divorced in the 20th century. I wonder if my ex is any smarter in the 21st. But I don’t have to care, do I?

Married to someone who supports my career, and it’s even come first sometimes. And I’m thankful for that because omg, this article is so on point in this pandemic which has really shown the light on some inequity in hetero marriages

I’m so proud of a woman I’ve helped nurture (in numerable small) ways to grow at work. She now earns the same as me, I’m 50, she’s 27...she’s definitely on the way up
. I’ve loved seeing her grow, it’s rewarded me in a completely different way. -
You point out your age difference. Do you think you were able to support her better because there were no threats to your own ideas, probably being past the building up stage in your career? Would/did you handle it differently earlier in life?

I hope this is still true after the dust settles from coronavirus - women have been forced out of the workforce in staggering numbers when schools and daycares closed

I’m so fortunate my kids are older. This pandemic has put women in such a predicament. Quitting work is a big risk but the alternatives are awful too if young kids can’t get what they need.

These women gotta admit to themselves that these men are not supportive.
