This is very pessimistic about any kind of identity, and also, about meaningfully solving any problem with a method other than trial and error. (Not meaning to imply it is wrong.)
Organisms aren't anti-fragile, ecosystems of organisms are. To the extent that we can understand organisms as anti-fragile it is because they are ecosystems of sub-organisms.

I do belive that faster and more targeted methods than trial and error are possible. I also belive that zoomed out enough they look like trial and error.

Wherever it is appropriate given the concrete question I'm trying to answer. If you look at the anti-fragility of the human body you have to look at which cells die in a stress situation and which cells split up to replace them during recovery.
