This is an honest question: how many of us are going to emerge from this with fear of being outside. I'm not joking. I'm only on week five of work from home (I think what is time?) and I find even checking the mail stressful.

Naturally thinking tonnes about Anne Frank & others who spent childhood or adolescences in hiding. Those who survived later rejoiced in company & outside despite having been isolated & shut in. Hard 2 imagine but time passes & natural urges seem 2 return despite (or thru) trauma.
But are these antidotes? I don't know if we have anything to compare this to. I think large-scale studies will tell us about the long-term mental health impacts of the pandemic.
