Agree that all countries have the same growth. But at this hour (around 6k in Wuhan), China did lock down all the cities (Feb 2nd). By lock down, they locked people in their home, noone can go out except law enforcement. Thus they were able to contain the virus.pic.twitter.com/kLsNpSx6JF
